September is National Recovery Month, and we want to share the message that Recovery is REAL. Throughout the month, RAD is holding events to celebrate the gains made by those in recovery and educate our community on substance use treatments and mental health services.
Together we can break the stigma and enable those with a mental and/or substance use disorders to live healthy and rewarding lives!

Join us for our annual Recovery celebration! Beyond our recovery walk, there will be food, music and a chance to connect with the community. The event is free and all are welcome.

Recovery Month Celebration
Join us from 11 AM-3 PM at Duluth's Leif Erikson Park to celebrate recovery! The day will include our annual walk for recovery, food and treats, music all day from local bands, free shirts, swag bags, games, bounce houses, kids crafts and activities, and an all around great time with our community.
Recovery Month Wrap Up
Help us celebrate another wonderful recovery month in the books at the Park Point Beach House from 1-4 PM. We'll grill out and go out with a bang with fire dancers and henna tattoos.
Month-Long Awareness Contest
Snap a picture of yourself in your Walk for Recovery t-shirt, your recovery yard sign or share your own recovery story tagging Recovery Alliance Duluth on Facebook or Instagram. Each time you submit a post you will be entered for a weekly drawing for a $250 Visa gift card. We will also do a grand prize drawing at the end month of all submissions for a Visa gift card of $500. Feel free to post as many times a you like.
